Due to renovations Haus am Waldsee is now housed on the roof terrace on the 2nd floor of Bikini Berlin. The exhibition is open until 11th of March. Artist talk Anja Lutz: 28th February 6:30 pm
MARGINALIA is based on the designer's collaboration on book design with artists such as Hulda Rós Gudnadóttir, Kader Attia, Julian Rosefeldt, Lawrence Weiner, Snaebjornsdottir/Wilson and curators such as S. Helweg Ovesen and B. Soh Bejeng Ndikung. It draws our attention to the overlooked elements that coexist in carefully designed books. Removing the text and images from a selection of art books designed by Anja Lutz in close collaboration with the individual artists reveals the nondescript details: the margins, the edges, the backgrounds, the spaces between the lines.
