Essayfilm - sichtbares Denken with Kathrin Becker

October 23, 2018

October 21st 2018 7 - 9pm

@ Denkerei, Oranienplatz 2, Berlin

A conversation with the head of the nbk video forum Kathrin Becker. Part of a three day program ‘Essayfilm - sichtbares Denken’ Oct 19 - 21 conceived by Heiner Mühlenbrock and Cecilia Valenti.

Kathrin Becker talks with Hulda Rós Guðnadóttir about her artistic practice at the intersection of fiction and reality, film and visual art, essay and document. This raises the question: Does the essay film find its place more and more in the art world?
